Design, developed.

Most consultants have only ever been consultants. I have been the client — holding the budget, the programme and the risk.

What I do

Three services
Workplace

Workplace Design Consultancy

Workplace design from someone who has commissioned it as well as designed it. Analysis and reporting, space planning, furniture specification and interior design — delivered as one thread from evidence to a resolved scheme.

Two decades delivering world-class commercial interiors, client-side and consultant-side, mean the recommendation already accounts for cost, operational reality and environmental impact.

Concept Design & Development

Idea generation, options testing and design development in 2D and 3D — carried to the point where a project architect or delivery team can take it forward.

Underpinned by sound technical knowledge and real-world construction and building-performance experience, so material choices, daylight, embodied carbon and buildability are considered from the first option. A concept that survives the transition into delivery.

3D Modelling & Visualisation

Modelling and visualisation of buildings, interiors and furniture. Photoreal or schematic — test a design, present it, or simply see it before committing to making it real.

Approach

Design developed to the point of handover.

I take ideas from brief to a resolved, performance-conscious concept, then deliver a clear, coherent package to your architect or delivery team for technical design, warrant and construction.

Design thinking informed by twenty-two years of delivery and a Master’s in Architectural Technology and Building Performance.
